Last sunday, Hai and I attempted to cook Japanese food
after receiving Saori's cookbook gift from London ( thanks Saori! ) I

n our attempts, we made agedashi tofu, fried chicken with seaweed and sushi rice!

There was quite a lot of prep required... more than we expected!

But the whole experience was fun,

especially with our 2 man team: one cooking and the other cleaning!

And the end results were yummy!
